Delivery Times
We deliver our own product all over Brisbane.
We offer guaranteed same day delivery in Brisbane Monday to Friday if ordered by 1pm, Place your order by 1pm for same day delivery in Brisbane via the Website, or By 2pm if contacting the stores by phone.
Saturday Delivery's must be ordered by *10am* for guaranteed same day delivery
Sunday Deliveries are available in the local areas or by negotiation.
Gold Coast Deliveries – yes we can deliver our own product to the Gold Coast. Delivery Fee by negotiation and is dependent on the product being delivered.
Note: Times are given in Eastern Australian Standard time.
Queensland state-wide deliveries are same day (subject to availability of florist in location) if ordered by 1100. **Please note, deliveries outside of Brisbane will be handled by the Interflora relay organisation.
Australia wide same day (subject to availability of florist in location) if ordered by 1300. *Please note, *deliveries outside of Brisbane will be handled by Interflora, our chosen relay organisation.
International Orders need to be ordered the day before delivery at a minimum. Please note, deliveries outside of Brisbane will be handled by the Interflora relay organisation.
As the order sender it is your responsibility to ensure that your recipient or an agent will be at the delivery location to accept delivery. If the recipient is not at home or the property cannot be accessed, your gift will return to store, we will call you and arrange a new delivery time, an additional delivery fee will be charged to your card.
Special Occasion Days
Valentine’s Day orders must be ordered up to the day before delivery. Work address deliveries will be delivered by 5pm only, Home address orders will be delivered by 7pm only.
Mother’s Day orders must be ordered up to the day before delivery. Work address deliveries will be delivered by 5pm only, Home address orders will be delivered by 7pm only.
Christmas Eve orders must be ordered up to the day before delivery. Work address deliveries will not be accepted for Christmas Eve. Home address orders will be delivered by 7pm only.
