Terms and Conditions

At Daisy’s Florist we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable product and that they will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Extreme heat or changes in the climate will have an effect on the flowers. Therefore, once flowers are dispatched from Daisy’s Florist a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced. This then makes it difficult for Daisy’s Florist to guarantee the flower quality every time.

It is also important to note that all flowers are unique. Therefore, some flowers will open fully and others will not open at all. Just as some flowers are more fragrant than others. This does not mean that they are of a lesser quality, there are simply different variations of the same flowers. For example, roses are more fragrant when grown in the warmer months than those grown in the cooler months.

Care Instructions – Cut Flowers

In order to increase the life span of your flowers, we recommend changing the water in the vase every 2 days and cutting the flower stems on a sharp angle. Hard stemmed flowers like Roses/Lilies, like lots of water, whereas softer stem flowers like Gerbera’s and Sunflowers should be kept in shallow water to minimise the decay of the stem. You should also keep the flowers out of direct sunlight, as cool as possible and the addition of flower preservative will add to the longevity of your flowers. Conditions for Returns

Daisy’s Florist handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our store directly on (07) 3371 5467 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your gift. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. If you cannot supply the original flowers or a photograph of the gift we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases. Refunds are made at the discretion of Daisy’s Florist.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee. All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original online transaction. For peak periods, Weddings and Functions, cancellation of orders may incur a 50% non refundable deposit being retained.

Note: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date & time. We are unable to cancel any orders already made and awaiting delivery.

Competitions & Prizes

These are open to all Daisy's Rewards members who spend a minimum amount, in a single purchase excluding any delivery fees, during the nominated time period. The prize is not redeemable for cash and the owners decision is final. The Prize is to be collected in Store and is subject to any conditions that the supplier puts on them. Daisy's Florist is not responsible for any accident, injury or loss that may be incurred whilst using any prizes/vouchers. Winners will be contacted directly and limited details will be included in our monthly newsletter. All prizes must be collected within 30 days of the notification being made to the winner. Failure to collect the prize will result in the prize being forfeited. Owners decisions are final.

"Like & Share" Terms and Conditions

This is a short term promotion offering 1 x $50 Daisy's Florist gift voucher as a weekly prize, during the nominated month. To be eligible you must like, share and #lovedaisysflorists on one of our facebook posts/images.  Prizes are drawn on Monday's and the winner notified directly. The prize is redeemable instore or over the phone. The prize cannot be used for account payments or converted to cash. Gift vouchers will have expiry dates.

"Guaranteed pre Christmas Delivery" Terms and Conditions

In our Christmas advertising, where stated that delivery is guaranteed before Christmas Eve:this is under the proviso that the order has been placed by the cut off date and that the correct address has been provided. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery and the courier deems it unsafe to leave it unattended the delivery will be brought back to the store and delivery may not occur until after Boxing Day.

Valentine's Day Specials, Promotions and Competitions

Free Chocolates- Where stated, order before the 7th February to receive a Free box of chocolates- chocolates are a 4 piece Chocolatier Box that will be delivered with your order. We reserve the right to substitute the variety if required. Cancelled orders will not receive the free box of chocolates.

Barolas Restaurant- The gift voucher provided is up to the Value stated on the gift voucher and Daisy's Florist does not accept any responsibility for any event  arising from use of this voucher.

Holiday Promotions.- the accommodation voucher is subject to the terms of the accommodation provider and Daisy's Florist does not accept responsibility for any event  arising from the use of this voucher.
